Smart Dropbox

• Staff identification system scans the staff ID cards of employees depositing the soiled linens
• The dropbox icon will be available on the screen and dashboard of the workstation
• The screen will display an alert if the dropbox is nearing its capacity. Alerts will also be sent to the dashboard via email and SMS

Smart Cabinet

• Staff identification system scans the staff ID cards of employees before collecting their linens
• Size information will be stored and corresponding cabinet doors will be opened after staff login
• Serve FIFO purchases to ensure full utilization of all linens
• Alert messages will display on the Master Control Unit when replenishment is needed
